Like a Palace

Excellent as follows: It is like a Residence Inn Hotel, fitness center, library, business center; open 24/7. One and two bedrooms are absolutely huge with a walk-in closet. A beautiful community room and events planned weekly. A walking trail and scenic outdoors close to Kent State University. Bus line and close to freeway as well. It is a 55 and over community and I plan to stay here in my golden years. NRP is also building another one just like this next door under construction and will be... open Jan. 2016.

Very Helpful 55 and Over Community

This is the perfect place to meet and greet all of your neighbors. The community mgr. has a calendar of events every month for social and helpful events for all. This apartment building has a 24/7 business center, 24/7 fitness center, and a library. You can relax in the community room with food from neighbors and birthday parties, bingo, and trivia. There is a feature film one night a month and you can stroll down walking paths with your pet or friends. The apartment is like a hotel and... everyone loves it here!

LIKE A PALACE

If you are over 55 and want a apartment to be like you are living in a high end hotel, then this is the place for you. It has everything like a fitness center, library, business center all open 24/7. Plus weekly planned events for all residents in the community room and patio outside. It is very close to Kent State University and outdoor walking trails, beautiful landscaped, and scenic country living are all around for you to enjoy. NRP is also building another one just like this to open Jan.... 2016 right next door to us. Everyone loves it here and it is one of a kind!
