Nice apartments & grounds. I would give them 8 out of ten. Nice apartments & community. They could use a dog poop pick up service. Renters tend not to pick up from their pets. Could use more in community get togethers, or have coffee & donuts in the morning for commuters, residents. Need to use the model more for residents parties, coffee & bagels, etc. Maybe get rid of one of the pounds and create a park area, walk track for residents.
