Great experience Maintenance was always timely, staff was friendly, the property was very well kept. I would highly recommend if someone was to rent, that they rent at a Redwood!

Excellent Place to Live Redwood Kent was a wonderful place to live, with a clear communicating leasing team, and a fantastic maintenance team. We always felt like solutions to problems were available while living in our apartment. If we weren't moving across the state, we would have happily stayed with Redwood!
