Absolutely Horrendous!

Please stop on by! Simply Management is proud to make sure their customer(The Owner) is completely satisfied. Here at the Wynds you will find that the pool is in a bad state of disrepair and the office is unable to find anyone to fix the pool... now that it's been 1.5 months into the summer. Of course they could have started the repairs months before it was supposed to open but this saves their customer money! Landscaping is not a priority as that costs money as well! Our bushes are overgrown… for a more rustic feel! Come on down and visit the soon to be government subsidized apartments. Where by then we will get government money and then not have an excuse to be able to repair everything. Don't mind me. I'm just angry that issues that are not fixed and allowed to exist for nearly a year without anyone caring is just ignorant.

- Never late, always quiet, horribly frustrated tenant of the Wynds.

decent apartments

I have lived in the Wynds for almost 2 years now. The rent is pretty reasonable but the amount of parties and noise is causing me to find a new place to live when my lease is up. The apartments themselves aren't bad, with decent counter space in the bathroom and kitchen. Windows and sliding doors are metal and they get freezing in the winter. Also, there's locked doors to each floor in the building. I have never had a solicitor knock on my door once. So, overall good value, but maybe not a good… fit if you have to work mornings.

my apartment

This is a great apartment because it is on the public bus line, has several restaurants and a gas station nearby, and a grocery store. There is a small neighborhood park for the kids behind it as well as a basketball court. The neighborhood is quiet. There is a pool with lounge chairs.
