I’ve had the pleasure of living at Grand At Polaris for over a year now, and I truly appreciate everything the community has to offer. The leasing office here has consistently made thoughtful, sometimes tough, decisions to ensure that the property remains beautiful, safe, and quiet for all its residents. I’ve witnessed firsthand how committed the staff is to maintaining the safety and peace of our community.

What really stands out about Grand At Polaris is not just their commitment to a… five-star experience for the majority of residents, but also the exceptional quality of the maintenance team. Having lived in major cities like San Francisco, Brooklyn, New York, Washington D.C., and Los Angeles, I’ve never encountered a maintenance and leasing staff as professional and transparent as the one here. They take the time to explain things—whether they can or cannot accommodate a request—something I deeply appreciate as a resident. It’s rare to find a leasing team that cares as much as the one here does, and even rarer to find one that communicates so well.

In contrast to other large leasing companies, where you might deal with agents or staff that feel more like “warm bodies” than helpful, knowledgeable professionals, Grand At Polaris is different. They offer both expertise and a willingness to keep residents informed about issues that matter to us. In comparison, smaller leasing companies often struggle to complete maintenance requests in a timely fashion, which is not a concern here.

I originally moved to Ohio for personal reasons, but living at Grand At Polaris has genuinely improved my quality of life during a difficult time. My first apartment here in Ohio was nothing like this, even though the rent was comparable. I’d especially like to thank Lindsay and Alex for going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and part of this community. Wow... I can't believe I have lived here for almost a year now and it has been great from the start! I cannot express to you how wonderful the staff members are that work here. They are such a kind bunch of people who strive to make this a great place for all residents to call home. No joke... a few weeks ago I had to put in a maintenance request early one morning. Within 15-20 minutes of putting in the request, maintenance was already at my door to fix the problem. There are also tons of… amenities that really add to the experience of living here. I am a current resident. I had a fantastic experience with the community manager Marina who helped me book the clubhouse. Their assistance was seamless, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was arranged smoothly. Highly recommend their services!

We recently moved to Grand at Polaris and we absolutely LOVE the Community. Our leasing person (Marina) is so nice to work with and patient with all our questions. The property is well maintained and maintenance work orders are done very quickly. It's located in the heart of Polaris where everything necessary things like school, grocery, medical, restaurants etc. are literally 5 mind drive away. I would absolutely recommend this property if you are looking for your new home.
