Buildings are NOT maintained. Halls need swept and mopped. Always alcohol cans/bottles outside. There is NOT covered parking. There is not a garbage disposal. We have needed a fuse replaced for months and it still hasn't happened. Because of this we can run our microwave in 15 second incriments until the fuse blows. It is the ONLY thing on that fuse besides the fridge. No parking except on the street. People smoke weed all day so it stinks. The laundry is in a dark, dingy basement. It was barely... clean when we moved in but we needed a place ASAP. Do yourself a favor and don't move here.
