Best apartments in Marion!
I have been apartment searching all across Marion and this is, by far, the best apartments in Marion and surrounding cities. It is a safe community, the apartments are clean and spacious, and the leasing office responds to requests in 24-48 hours. The property is comparable to luxury apartments in Columbus, but at half the price. I would recommend Avalon Lakes to anyone looking for an apartment in Marion - it is nicest place to rent, by far!

Income based
Income based housing. Must make less than $23,580/year to rent a 1 bedroom. Nice apartments. I went and looked at them, spoke with a gentleman on the phone, he was kind and polite.

Avalon Lakes is a Super Place
Just outside of town, not far from the freeway with a country feel. The pool is nice along with a usable community room for your events. Easy access to trash bins and plenty of off street parking make it very convenient. Pet friendly and close to all the shopping and vital services a person could need. A helpful courteous staff make it a great place to live.

Avalon lakes!
I've lived here for 3 years almost 4. They are very helpful with everything! Very nice and well kept apartments, awesome landlords and maintenance. Love having a pool area and play grounds. Never had any problem with neighborhood.
