Owner of Blue Fox Meadow
Owner seems tempermental. Makes false accusations of tennants with no police report. Wanted my roomate to leave because his personality seemed weird.

Quiet place to live
The owner is a very nice man, takes care of all requests. Does not nickle and dime with extra charges. In seven years here my rent has never been raised.

Would NOT recommend
I would not recommend The Blue Fox to prospective residents. On the plus side, the apartments are relatively quiet and are by a beautiful forest/park that provides a tranquil setting from the road in front of the building. But the negatives are many. Maintenance is very slow in getting work done. There is no onsite manager. Stairways, doorways, outside entrances have cobwebs and are dirty most days. No major upgrades get done, meaning that your utility bills in the summer and winter... months are exorbitant. Just not a satisfactory experience IMO.
