Dryer
Our dryer has been out since the end of October. I have to take my laundry to a laundry mat or wash them and hang them in my apartment. If we at least had a washer dryer hookup I would be so much easier. When they have a washer dryer in every building and then all of a sudden they don't fix one it makes it bad

Utilities and renovations
I am a current residence. And I can tell you for a fact we pay water and trash removal and we have no water meter. I just thought you should know the truth. This isn't a bad place to live but the doors are not put on the frames properly and light and smoke for the other units come in. you would think I was a smoker my apartment stinks. And I have carpet only the new people get the updated apartment they could care less about the people that's been there for years
