Great and Safe Place to Live
Loved living here for the 2 years that I was here. The neighborhood is super quiet and very safe. The interiors are a little dated but the rent is very affordable given the quietness and safety of the community. The fitness center and pool are a great amenity, and I loved the connection to the bike trail right east of the neighborhood. Lots of kids on bikes or playing, but nothing that was bothersome. Grounds are very well maintained.

Love my home!
I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Washington Place. This is my second time living in this community. The grounds are always clean and well maintained. The office staff is friendly and attentive. Maintenance handles issues immediately and I trust them completely. My neighbors are friendly. Parking is never an issue. My daughter absolutely loves the playground. As a single mom, I am so happy to be able to live somewhere quiet where I feel I am well taken care of. I... love my home!!

Worst experience I've ever had in an apartment
By far the worst experience I've ever had in an apartment. The end of my lease cannot come soon enough

Horrible
There are lots of children here and they run around all the time unsupervised, they are very load and disruptive and don't get out of the way of cars. These kids play baseball in the parking lot around cars and the complex hasn't don't anything to fix the issue. Also the apartment is constantly sending out warning emails and letters about any and everything which is super annoying. The apartments look nice but upon further inspection it's clear that things where done very cheaply, both the... bathtubs are extremely squeaky, lots of bugs get in from things not being sealed correctly, and toilets have perminant staining inside.
