Kingston Place Apartments

Do not reccomend. Lived here for less than a year. The proposed lease renewal increased the rental rate by $170 a month citing "market rate". I asked if I could sign a longer lease for a better rate, they said no. The only option is to move to another unit that has carpet, as apparently my current unit having hardwood floors (it is not. It is vinyl faux wood from home depot.) is the problem. Even though last year when I signed the lease, carpeted units were over $100 more per month.

Now I have... been put in a difficult position. I must move after less than a year, be that to a new building or a new complex, incuring all the expense and work that entails, or somehow absorb a 17% rent increase. With no guarantees it will not go up by another 17% next year.

So avoid unless you are prepared for your rent to increase by nearly 20% every year. Read More

Jackie is awesome in the office and I honestly love my apartment wouldn't change anything

I've been here a bit over a year and so far so good. The office manager Jackie is really helpful and understanding. There are also plenty of food and shopping places in walking distance.

Kingston Place is a great place to live. Located walking distance to Southland Shopping Center, Giant Eagle, and the Metro Park. Management is great and easy to work with, whether it's a maintenance issue or a issue with rent, they will listen to you and work with you to resolve the problem in a timely manner.

I just completed a one year lease with Kingston Place. I was so so sad to go. It was my very first apartment on my own and I loved everything about it. Jackie is great and she is very good with responding quickly. If I ever had to go back I definitely would. Highly recommend.
