Bobby did a excellent job !!!! Now wondering when they coming too fix this hole in my bathroom wall ? Its been like this since april 22. And all these fracture !!!! Still haven't brought my vent back that had mold on it thats been 2 months now. Never got new blinds !!!! Very disappointed in the service we've received so far especially for the money I pay in rent !!!! We're constantly get the same old story about this contractor. This has been going on for 4 months. Apartment wasn't clean on move… in. Partially painted in area's which we had to take care of. We need these problems handle asap. Its been to long and our patience is wearing thin. Your attention to these matters in a timely manner would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!!!

Fast, Accurate Fixes It's a tiny bit scary when the Carbon Monoxide alert device starts beeping. Rationally, you're sure it's a bad device or a dying battery. But there's that concern at the back of your mind that it's worse. Within hours of my report that one of my devices was beeping regularly, the maintenance staff had two new detectors silently in place. That kind of rapid response equals peace of mind worth paying for.

Microwave not working!! Updated Review. 5 Stars review was submitted in Error.
We are still waiting for this request to be completed. Microwave cannot be repaired. We were told an order has been placed for a new one and it will be a week before it is received and installed. Why so long?
One week without a microwave is a very huge inconvenience. It’s been a few days now and it seems like forever.
We are still waiting; have no other choice.
