Riverview Apartments

This place is complete trash. Don't be fooled by the renovation pictures posted. You can hear every foot-step your neighbors take. The lease says no smoking, but tenants do smoke and it comes through the vents. Your whole apartment will smell like smoke. There is trash everywhere... bloody tampons, dirty diapers, and used condoms just laying on the sidewalks. Tenants also let trash pile up on their balconies. Neighbors fight, the police are called, over and over again, yet those people are never... evicted... they just keep repeating the cycle. Live anywhere but here... you will regret it. Read More

The bedbug infestation was so bad my wife and I had to throw out all our furniture and clothing when we moved. Cockroach infestation is beyond anything I've seen! Twice a month they bring in an old man with a rusty can of some chemical he sprays that doesn't kill a single bug. Drugs are prevalent and the hallways reek of weed. The cops are there two or three times a week serving warrants or dealing with break-ins by drug addicts. Junkies use the parking lot to shoot up. Absolutely horrible... conditions with management that could care less. I wouldn't suggest this place to my worst enemy! Read More

Told me I had an apartment, then wouldnt come up with a lease or any kind of paperwork with their names on it.

They never fix anything and there is no ac unit at all
