Best Apartments in Newark Ohio

Summerhouse Square is great. We did our homework before moving to Ohio and chose Summerhouse Square for many reasons. The low crime rate, closeness to work and the beautiful nearby UNESCO World Heritage Site Newark Earthworks Great Circle park were all on that list.

Management has been professional and friendly, responding to the few issues that have come up with prompt and exemplary service.

We like living here, and highly recommend Summerhouse Square as a place to call home.

Great year so far!

Been here for almost a year and it's been great! The staff is lovely and the maintenance has always been quick. Just did our lease renewal and it was super easy. Signed it from our phone and they even called to let us know everything went smooth!

Do not let the photos fool you!

This property no longer has a pool. It was torn out due to the complex no longer wanting to deal with it. As far as the people go in the community : kids run around with no supervision often almost being hit by cars, high turn over rate, rent to people who have animals and then the entire building stinks

Affordable and Friendly Neighborhood

Summer House Apartments is a great, safe place to live, the apartments are really nice, affordable and clean. They are very good about the upkeep on the apartments and fixing things when needed. The staff here at the complex are very respectful and pleasant. I'm am pleased with how well things are done around here.
