I love my neighbors.
I'm a single dad. My son and I moved into this apartment in March and I haven't regretted the choice. All of the apartments were newly remodeled. Very clean inside, the floors are carpeted. Maintenance has an excellent response time and they take care of any issues that pop up. The rent is affordable and the neighborhood is excellent! My son is 5 and there are plenty of kids for him to play with. As an only chdild that was something we definitely needed. There are wasHER and dryer hookups in the... kitchen. Besides rent I only pay gas and electricity, which is perfect. Overall I love the area and would recommend it for any small families and/or single renters.
