If you like crackheads sleeping in the stairwells, filthy buildings, and no security doors this is the place for you. It gets worse over time. The crackheads knock on doors at different times of the night, they leave trash all in the halls including their substances. The doors don’t lock or are always propped open. There’s no type of security in the building, people just wander around. And don’t get me started on the unprofessional property manager and her staff — they tell nothing but lies.… Definitely overpriced for the lack of security, cleanliness and other issues. ive Been living here since October of 2018. For starters my air conditioning has been out since the beginning of May. Living in a basement apartment and having the air conditioner not working has made my carpets damp and mold is starting to form up my walls and into the carpet..it’s now August and not only is my air conditioning still out but my sink is leaking, my bathtub is leaking, and now my ceiling as well!! I just left this place and i thank god.To say this property is a dump is putting a positive spin on thing's.I don't know where to begin...The management is incompetent,to say the least,they lie about anything and everything.The maintenance is terrible! You call the office to put in a work request and then no one ever show's up..Unless your friend's with the maintenance guy,who spend's his time socializing with the people that spend all day loitering in the parking lot..another big problem.Noise… is another problem,morning,noon and night.There is no security of any kind,even the (security) door's in some of the building's are broken,and have been for month's..It doesn't really matter anyway since they allow the side door's to be propped open 24/7.Drug use and sales are rampant at Timber Creek as well.There have been numerous od's here this year alone...with nothing done about it i might add.Oh,and i don't want to forget about the Bed Bug infestation in sme building's here.And finally,they charge way to much for a place as bad as Timber Creek... I don't even know where to begin. The apartments are always gross looking. The pool just opened on the 10th of august and closes the 4th of September. My air conditioner leaked they came in about 6-7 times and couldn't fix the problem. My tub chips paint to where you can't take a bath.
