The units here are great and a good price for the size that you get. I really like living here and will hopefully continue to lease from them. Just an overall great staff who make it worth living here, and are always there for help. Great place.

Lived here for a year and was miserable from start to finish, poor management and high expenses when they don’t put it back into the apartment, I would say avoid at all costs, I tried to speak with the property owner Donald I believe his name was and he could care less, basically saying “go ahead and try to take us to small claims”. It is not what you pay for, ants, cold winters, awful neighbors and poor maintenance, they even had the Gull to tell me they were increasing the rent, absolutely… awful place run by awful people, turn the other way and RUN. Lived here for approx 8 months, management dodges you, informs you of incorrect information as well as completely unresponsive to maintenance calls. Only reason they got 1 star is newer interior, but does not make up for overall poorly run housing complex. Definitely not worth its price. TAKE MY ADVICE.
