Horrible landlord

The landlord does not see reason to stay in contact with applicants and handles business very unprofessionally. Upon applying and giving my contact information Rachel insisted upon only communicating with my boyfriend. That communication quickly dwindled into our walls and emails not being returned and then her leaving for a vacation. Since then we have emailed and called almost daily and have yet to receive a response
