Love the community. very inviting, peace and quiet. The only thing I would say is the limited amount of parking spaces and this small issues with my unit but other than that, it’s been a breath of fresh air.

Cumberland Links is a great place to live. I have lived here for about 3 years, and I have always felt safe and comfortable. Michelle and Amanda at the office are exceptional and address concerns quickly. The community is well-maintained and quiet. The trash is always taken care of, and the landscaping looks amazing. If you are looking for a safe, quiet, and pet-friendly community within a few miles of I-270 and a quick commute to both Columbus and Newark, this is truly the place to be.

my personal experience in this community, has been great so far it’s a very quiet neighborhood. There’s a lot of kids around my son’s age, and he started to make friends and going to be starting with some of the kids in the neighborhood which is also a plus I like how there is sheriffs and first responders here. The only thing that I can say that maybe upset was the beginning another leasing manager was very rude and incompetent. It took me about almost a year for my maintenance work to get... done, and then she proceeds to bash on me and telling me what I was doing wrong which I had all the videos and pictures to prove it for my evidence. I still have some maintenance orders that I’m still waiting for it to be done. I do not like how I’m not sure if it’s because of the system when you put a maintenance requesting and maybe an hour later it automatically says it was done when the situation was not done. but I am thankful for Amanda. She’s very respectful and she gets things done.
