Constant problems within the apartment since we moved in back in November 2025. Hard to get in touch with the apartment complex management to get a solution for it to be fixed.

I have an issue with ants again! I have tried to notify the office; 4 email, 2 text messages and 3 calls to office with a message left. No response!! Now we have bees and I can't even let anyone know. NO ONE will contact me to talk to me!!!

Cumberland links can't keep management or maintenance personnel any longer then a few months...I thought this was getting better...Management and maintenance personnel quit on a regular basis here....This last week I went for a walk in the evening and saw 3 vehicles with plastic over their windows....Smash and grabs ??...I don't know...But 3 windows at the same time and in back of just one set of buildings,INTERESTING !!!...Coincidence, I don't think so !!

We absolutely love living here. Our neighbors are wonderful and it’s nice and quiet. You can’t tell that you’re living in an apartment. We have ducks and rabbits that visit our yards and I love having our trash picked up.

Overall a quiet, clean community. The pool is disappointing as it is rarely open and that is the ONLY amenity they provide. It would be great if they provided some upgrades in then units upon renewing or some sort of incentive.
