Great Manager “Brenda”

We have been here over 2 yrs and totally enjoy this area.. Our manager has many entertaining events at the club house including food trucks and chances to meet our friendly neighbors..

Great Location

Great location!! Just a couple minutes walk to tacos and margaritas.. yummy! Also just minutes to I70.

Amazing!

Everything about this community and location is amazing. I love being able to walk to have dinner and a drink at the Mexican restaurant! I’m far enough away from the city but only 3 or 4 miles away from the freeway to get wherever I need to be in 20-25 min which is great and not to mention the entire staff is amazing!

I recently had the pleasure of residing at Heritage Town Center and I can confidently say that my experience was exceptional. From the moment I moved in, I was greeted by the incredibly friendly and professional staff who made the transition smooth and welcoming. Their friendliness and willingness to assist with any inquiries or concerns truly set this community apart.

The maintenance team deserves special recognition for their prompt and efficient service. Whenever I needed assistance, they… were quick to respond and resolved issues with great expertise, ensuring that everything in my apartment functioned perfectly. It was refreshing to see how dedicated they are to maintaining the comfort and satisfaction of the residents.

Additionally, the cleanliness of the complex is commendable. The common areas are consistently well-kept, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. It's clear that the management takes great pride in the upkeep of the property, which enhances the overall living experience.

Absolutely love this place

My husband and I have been here a little over a year and absolutely love it here. The grounds a maintained and the folks in the office are friendly and eager to meet every need. The maintenance staff are on top of their game and complete anything that needs done quickly. It's a quite yet friendly neighborhood and definitive would recommend.
