Best Place to be in Pickerington!

Can’t say enough about my time here! This is hands down the best place to live in Pickerington. The office staff is second to none, they are so much fun and very caring! They even throw monthly events for the residents to enjoy. The amenities are amazing, the pool and pavilion being highlights. And the maintenance staff is awesome, they are quick to respond and fix what needs remedied. The property is pretty new and grounds are well kept. Best place to live in Pickerington, and the value is well… worth the pricing which is very competitive for the area!

A Great Place to call Home

I have lived at Overland for nearly 6 Years now and it's the best place I have lived in so far, the staff is always friendly, the grounds are kept clean and neat and if something needs to fixed the take care of it within 24 hours.

Awesome place to live

Awesome place to live. Quiet and Friendly. Office staff are Great, Always helpful. Spacious apartments . Going on 4 years hope to live here as long as I can .

Great place to live & friendly staff

This has been the best apartment community to live in since I first moved to Pickerington almost 12 years ago. The staff is very friendly and quick to respond to any issues you may have. The resident events are always a hit, great food, drinks and simply a great time! Pool season, there are actually people at the pool, residents getting to know one another and tons of people cooking out. If you’re looking for a lively community; Overland is the place to be.
