Bear Pointe is the place you want to move in with your family..
Located in Powell beautiful neighborhood, schools are great as well, safe, and convenient!!
Bear Pointe Apartments Staff Abby are bsolutely amazing taking care of any need!!
I made the right choice moving from Hilliard to Powell best family environment and place to enjoy!!!

Great Move In Experience

I helped my family start the process to move into an apartment at Bear Pointe. Our experience was above and beyond! In this day and age when moving to a new community can be extremely lengthy and frustrating, Meredith in management made our move a breeze. She was on top of everything making sure the process was completed as quickly and smoothly as possible.. This is the best move in experience I have had so far and I am looking forward to posting another review in a few months once family… settles into their new home in this clean, child friendly community.

Wonderful Property and Community

Recently moved in but what attracted me to this property was the friendly and professional staff, the community atmosphere, and then the units themselves are very clean and well maintained. Location is perfect as it is near many necessities but the property itself is tucked away and quiet. So far I am loving my time here. Would definitely recommend Bear Pointe to anyone!

Amazing Company

We didn't end up going with this specific property but I do want to say this companies management was extremely helpful, friendly, and inviting. They are so easy to work with and the properties they have are really nicely renovated and set up like small communities. I definitely recommend looking into Bear Pointe and everything it has to offer!
