I was charged over $2k in move out charges for new appliances such as washer, range and bathroom counter tops. I lived here for under a year (8 months because I bought a home). My home at Powell Crossing would quickly build mildew/mold because I was on the first floor, and the pH level in my water was awful. Because of this, I had to bleach and clean my home at least once a week. My home was kept tidy and clean for majority of the... time. I believe these charges to be unfair and unreasonable. I have reached out to Management and have yet to receive a response.

For legal purposes, this is just my experience as a resident here and my personal opinion. As someone who has been a Property Manager for over a decade in other communities, my experience here went from Great to Awful. The area is amazing. Maintenance staff always complied and were very thorough with every request made. When calling into the office, there isn’t a sense of hospitality. There has been multiple times I have called into the office and provided an issue, the office will then say they will call me back and proceed not to do so. I waited 2 weeks regarding an issue until I had to call back and follow up. I have trouble reaching out to management or the office. No names are ever provided in any documentation as if the staff is hidden behind the Management company name. Please read all reviews regarding Powell Crossing and see the correlations regarding move out.

This location used to be nice and well maintained. Sadly this is no longer the case. I pay for recycling as part of my rent and have had weeks where recycling was not picked up. Don't be fooled by the move-in deals. These apartments over priced with limited amenities.

Great location within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, etc. Staff is very polite and helpful troubleshooting issues. Maintenance is timely. I’m very glad I chose to live at Powell Crossings!

I've only been here for a month and so far I am very happy with my move in process and help that I receive from the staff whenever I have questions. The emergency contact is 24/7 but there's always someone in the office 10-6 if I have a question. Amanda has been very quick and helpful if I had questions pertaining to my lease or the Powell area. The community is pretty small but cozy so I thinks it's perfect if you're not looking for an overcrowded apt. Powell crossing is walking distance from... a lot of places, yesterday I walked to get koble Mediterranean food and that was very good. Internet is atnt which came pre-wired and easy to setup. I'd recommend checking out second floor Apts if still available because I think the ceilings are higher. I moved into Powell Crossing as one of the first residents and have seen it go from its construction and sodding stages to the beautiful and safe environment that it is now. The management is on-site and always happy to take care of us when needed ... and they are very creative in hosting events on site!

This is a great location with so many places to visit in walking distance. There are several parks, restaurants, and services just minutes away. I like that the police station is nearby and... the complex is actively patrolled.

Overall, being new to the Columbus area, I feel very lucky to have found these brand new apartments in such an awesome location. Read More
