I lived here and the first day I saw a dead bug. I had never seen a roach a day in my life. And when I moved in, I started seeing roaches and I tried to break the lease a couple times, nope they kept saying they would bring pest control, and they never stopped the issue. I was stressed for 12 months too long.

Oakwood management which runs RoseBrook and many other rental properties increased my rent by 20% suddenly with very little warning. Very little amenities for the price. Go up the street to any other apartment for the same price and get central AC (these apartments have units in some rooms so the whole place is not cool), more space, thicker walls to keep in AC/heat, less crime (many cars get broken into), roofs that are not falling apart (shingles constantly fall and are never picked up), and... working appliances. Very sad to see an affordable apartment get ruined by a large corporation.

Dont do it!!! We parked our uhaul in the parking lot after signing our lease and roaches were in the kitchen!! December 21st 2020 days before christmas.

I have lived here 5 years. For the price it can't be beat. The management is friendly and responsive. I have never had any issues with my neighbors. Maintenance is prompt and friendly .The only drawback are the lack of central air and a heat pump. Baseboard heating is expensive. I would absolutely recommend living here to anyone. Many residents have been here longer than me. It's a great place to call home.
