Great Transition from a House

After selling my house, I was worried about adjusting to apartment life, but Wheaton Village really feels more like my own condo unit. The 2-car garage is a huge plus, having my own washer and dryer, and not hearing neighbors through the walls or anything makes it seem more like a condo than apartments. I haven’t lived here long, but am seeing familiar faces as I walk my dog and all the neighbors are polite and friendly. Can’t wait to attend my first community event.
Aside from all of that, I… might’ve moved into Wheaton Village just because of how amazingly attentive and accommodating the property manager, Bobbi, is. She understood the stresses of moving and was quick to offer to help with WiFi/cable, walked me through creating an account on the community portal, and just overall made it an easier adjustment for me. QUIET LIVING!

Have lived here almost 7 years and really Love it. The property is kept immaculate and any maintenance issues are handled immediately. The neighbors are very respectful and its always quiet. Pool area is Beautiful. The office Manager Bobbi is very friendly and always helpful. Just a Great place to live. Sharron O

Great Apartment Home Community

Wheaton Village is a well-maintained and quiet apartment community surrounded by mature, tree lined neighborhoods. Bobbi is a great Property Manager and Jason efficiently performs maintenance requests in a timely manner. Bobbi works hard to meet resident needs, and activities are planned at the Clubhouse.

This is a great place to live. Bobbie is a very caring property manager who cares for her renter's and those looking for a place to live. She always goes the extra mile for you. The place is kept up well and the people who live here are very friendly. It is a safe place to live and also very quiet. I love living here and have been here almost 7 years. Keep up the good work Bobbie. Also Jason who takes care of the property does a great job.
