The Residences At Breckenridge

My family and I have lived at The Residences at Breckenridge for 4 years now. We have been through a few different managers, but all have been great. Maintenance has always completed our requests quickly. You are also able to pay online and even put in maintenance tickets online. The only reason we’re moving is because we have built a new home. Or we would be signing a renewal. My family and I highly recommend The Residences at Breckenridge.
With any apartment complex nothing will ever be… perfect. The managers have helped with any complaints we’ve had or even a few noise complaints we received when we first moved in. Our dog wasn’t used to apartment living, so they gave us a few tips to help our dog relax and not bark the whole time we were gone. It’s nice knowing they take all complaints seriously and try to help remedy the situation.

Great place to Live! Right next to everything you could need and the highway. Minutes from Ohio State. The staff is friendly and willing to help with any and all things, also nice to just sit down and have a chat with them. I would highly recommend

Management is terrible and adds charges to the utility fee as they see fit. Walls are paper thin so don’t expect a quiet sleep.

I have lived here for 5 years, at first things were good but they gradually worsened. The maintenance guys won't do their jobs properly and the turnover rate in the last year has been ridiculous! My husband and I have never had a single complaint against us and our daughter has always been respectful to our neighbors and staff. They keep raising our rent we now pay $291 more than when we first moved in with absolutely no changes to our place. We still have the original appliances, carpet, paint… and linoleum. We went all summer last year with no pool because it was cracked and they didn't finally get it fixed until November! We went several months in a dark complex because the lamp posts weren't working and many of the controlled entrance doors are broken. The dog waste cans are quite often over flowing and out of bags. Our fridge is now acting up I have called maintenance 3 times and they refuse to give us a new one. They come in tinker with it for a couple minutes tell me it's fine and leave. Last I checked the stuff in your fridge isn't supposed to freeze and it's also not supposed to drip and make weird noises. I would give a negative star if it was possible!
