Okay

Just wish that with the amount we are paying for rent, Beacon Hill West would start to do something about the way the exterior of the building looks. It looks like a mess and the landscaping too. The parking lot is always messy and there there have been no updates to the building in years it seems. Like for example, the common rooms are so old and smelly. It would be great if those could get updated.

No parking, loud neighbors, not allowed security cameras, management lies about carpet being replaced, paint splattered all over all the "updated" flooring. found dog food from previous tenant tucked into corner of carpet so wasnt even cleaned before we moved in. maintnance is a handyman who doesnt know or doesnt care to correctly fix anything. water is milk white out of the facets. AC is old so it takes hours to make any difference then has to constantly run to maintain cool air. When reaching… out to management about parking her response was "dont come home late" absolutely horrible place to live in every way imaginable.

A great place to call home

I lived there for 7 years . The place is big the location amazing and the staff very kind and quick to answer any questions. I hope to return back very soon. If you have any issues they are very quick to resolve. Again great location, staff and neighbors ...and wood burning fireplace pet friendly and quiet. Biggest mistake was leaving. Thank you for a great 7 years see you soon I hope!

Nice place, terrible management

Lived here for 3 years, moved out did walk through. Nothing was noted at time of final walk through needing fixed/cleaned. When I got the statement of repairs and cleaning done, the list ate up almost the entire security deposit. The place is full of a scam artists. Will not recommend anyone move in here.

Becon hill west

Becon hill west is a very nice place to live. It's location is convenient to stores, restaurants and the night life. I would recommend it to friend's & family.
The managment does background checks on all who will be living there & the property is clean safe and well cared for.
The managment has respond quickly to all my requests in a timely efficient manner with my fullest satisfaction as a result.
