STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!
New owners are making all these rule changes. No garden ,No fire pits , just a lot of unnecessary changes and rules. They run around sticking notes on doors instead of being courteous and knocking on your door asking if something is wrong or do you need any help instead i was threatened with a $75 cost to cut my grass when i was just released from the hospital with a Heart Attack 3 days earlier. No comparison at ALL.
