Okay

It was okay. It could use a renovation. It was hard to find parking spot. High turnover in property managers. I did not like package pickup hours which were mostly in daytime.

We apologize for the challenges you experienced. We offer reserved parking spots in the garage for residents at No Cost. For package deliveries, we have a mail and package room available to residents 24/7; however, we do have office hours 5 days a… week to accommodate all other requests. While not all of our suites are the most modern, we offer the most living space for the price, along with updated Penthouse suites.

Madeleine, our new leasing lady is absolutely amazing, she goes over and above for our home here at the Oliver House, we love it here and hope not to move want this to b our last move. The building is well maintained, so we r here for the duration. Thank u K&D

Oliver House Review

I have been at the Oliver House for about a month, it is at really nice and clean property. The staff are super friendly and maintience gets things done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend.
