Great place to live

The apartment is really comfortable, pleasant and well prepared, the neighbors are rather nice.

And especially Mandy and Jessy are really admirable

Great place to live!

The loft style apartment is not only spacious but comfortable. The staff is friendly, professional, and caring. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. I could not of found a better apartment complex to reside in!

Ok but not worth the money.

These apartments could be so nice and worth the exorbitant cost (relative to this location) if they weren’t getting so run down.

Kitchen was disgusting when we moved in (literal grease coating the interiors with peeling paper ect) not to mention the cabinets are ancient and falling apart. fridge and kitchen floor was dirty. Railings loose, holes in closet walls, stained old counters, creaky bathrooms with water damage on the cabinets. Horrible paint job with effed up old baseboards everywhere!… Bug issue too. Lots of units are missing window shutters, have damage on the porches, and they don’t do any landscaping so it looks trashy, which is a shame because this place could be so nice. Ladies up front are kind of snotty and act like this is some 5 star swanky gated community when it’s just not.

I could deal with all of this if it was an economical option, but it isn’t.

Only real pluses are that the kitchen are eat in and the other residents are usually fine/ the kids are active but well behaved.

Great Place to Live!

I have recently moved here from Columbus and I have to say this has been my favorite place to live by far. The staff have been so accommodating, patient and kind whenever I have called with questions or concerns. They have gone above and beyond for us since we have been here. We absolutely love the set up of our townhome. We get so much more space for our money then in previous apartments, and the apartment is well maintained. They promptly fixed any issues that arose when we moved in. The… community is so quiet and peaceful it makes us feel right at home. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough!

Great place to live!

Ashton Meadows has come a loooong way as opposed to 10+ years ago. The staff is friendly and always available if needed. All the staff is professional and very friendly to everyone!
