New landlords are useless

The new landlords have not kept up with the general maintenance of the property. Everything from the laundry facility never working, lack of maintenance general maintenance, and trash takeaway.

Best place to live!

I absolutely loved living here as my first apartment! The landlords are very sweet and understanding people! They’ll say hello when you see them out and about, and if there’s ever an issue they will have it fixed the day of. Highly recommend the apartment! The master bedroom is very spacious ( I had a king sized mattress and still had tons of room), and a huge walk in closet! My daughter had the other bedroom and it was the perfect size for her!

Wonderful place to live!

I have lived here for a year with my husband. (We are only moving because we have a baby on the way, otherwise we would stay.)

Pros:
1. Spacious! The master bedroom and closet are awesome. Plenty of room for furniture and the closet had lots of space for hanging and storing. The living room is also spacious!
2. Closets! Each closet in these apartments has a good amount of storage.
3. Quiet. The neighborhood is quiet, the apartments are quiet, and you can enjoy hearing all the wildlife sing… around you.
4. Well-maintained property. The landlords here take care of the outside appearance of the property. It is regularly (daily, I think) cleaned inside each building. The flowers are beautiful. They are consistently working on the upkeep of the landscaping, so it always looks nice year-round.
5. Maintenance! We have never had a drop of trouble getting help. They were always quick to answer our questions, and fix any issues we had. (Which were very, very few.)
6. The landlords themselves- kind, caring people. They want you to live comfortably and it shows. Willing to help- as we lived here during the shut-down, they did what they could to help you out. They even gave residents goodie bags with supplies to help, as well as ordered meals!
7. Nice windows, AC and heat worked great, easy to clean, kitty friendly, and the washer/dryer aren't expensive live in most places.

Cons:
1. Every once in a while, neighbors could get a little loud. Easily fixed with a call to the office.
2. Kitchen storage isn't huge, but workable.

Overall, this is a great place to live and we highly recommend it!!
