Beautiful Property and Great Management The Northstar Flats property is absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful apartment units and a really nice clubhouse and pool area. The best part is the management, however. Any time you have an issue or are just in the clubhouse Angie, Tyler and Bethany are there to chat and take care of anything you need. It’s a really great community!

Definitely an amazing I can’t say enough about Northstar flats. The staff is amazing,maintenance is quick. The community is well taken care of clean and quiet. Apartments are spacious and comfortable. For the first time in years I can finally call something home

LOVED our time at Northstar Flats We lived here for a year, coming directly over from a move from the west coast. From day one they showed excellent customer service and helped us navigate some unique application issues.
Alex in maintenance was always very kind and helpful for any call we put in.
The amenities are by far the best in the Sunbury area.
We just moved out so haven’t been contacted about any move out issues, but will update review if need be.
