Absolutely disgusting ownership. They don’t paint or clean your apartment before you move in (which is illegal). Maintenance does not respond to service requests for broken appliances, mold, or basic tasks like replacing air filters, so be ready to spend all winter smelling that “just turned on the heat for the first time since last year” smell - it does NOT go away, so don’t move here if you can breathe through your nose and would like to continue doing so. Several of our units have what feel... like soft spots in the floors, probably from the years of untreated water damage. They don’t keep up with basic cleanliness inside the shared areas of the building, bugs and cobwebs build up until one of us finally has enough and sweeps out the hallway, and the lawn company shows up whenever they remember to. It was much better living here when someone who cared about the place was still alive, but at this point the building is probably close to decrepit with all the neglect and poor decisions the “management” company is making.
