Very small and poor construction. Be prepared to hear every conversation, breathe everyone's smoke and hear doors slam constantly. If you're unfortunate enough to live on the bottom floor--when I say you will hear footsteps that is an understatement. It will be like hearing nails on a chalkboard amplified by a thousand when a 20 lb baby walks. They are literally uninhabitable. The hallways are dirty and if you can successfully get a work order done--- bravo! No professional manager here. Be... prepared to listen to her go on and on about nothing but office and personal gossip and that's if you can catch her in the office. No return phone calls, no office hours, no ability to email. Also secured access is a literal joke and way to police people. By that-- I mean you have to get permission to allow people into the hallway into your building. Yes--you will have to get permission. Complete joke. Also, hope you don't shop online because delivery drivers are not granted access to the buildings. If you like sending your kids to old orchard, St Pius, discovery, or grover Patterson then the location is good--otherwise AVOID AVOiD AVOID. Read More

It is considerably alright place to live however there are no views no space where individual tenants have there own private space besides the space of their the apartment.
