Great Place To Live!
Very quiet area, kind neighbors. Would definitely recommend living here! The Property Manager might just be the easiest woman in the world to work with. Everybody I've run into around here seems to love the place!

DO NOT MOVE HERE
In 2019 a row of apartments caught on fire. Watched it burn down while fire crews fought it for 12+ hours. They do not come change the furnace filters every 3 months, nor do they check the batteries in the smoke detector. The trash people they let move in here is unreal! the bathroom floor under the fake tile is rotted away, when you step on it good luck praying that doesn't come apart. Mold in the bathrooms. RUDE neighbors, don't pick up dog poop, play loud music all hours, have children... running thru the halls, selling drugs in the parking lot. People who can't park and WILL hit your car. They raise the rent without updating anything. Oh and if you are a female, in your swim suit, the "lady" who is the "assistant manager" will scream at you to cover up. And you have to pay a fee for a pool key. Office staff is rude. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

ALMOST DIED FROM MOLD
DO NOT RENT HERE! I nearly died from mold build up here. Every time there was a leak or a break in the pipes(which happened too frequently), all they do is patch right over it to make it look cosmetically better. They have so much mold built up in these walls and their plumbing is build so awfully, there is constant issues here! These problems caused me to be in the ER for 4 straight days! Also major attitude problems with the management, which is totally unreasonable seeing as how many issues... this apartment has, mold aside. Constant fires, break-ins, maintenance coming in as they please at no notice, constant raises in fees, constant loud music/noise and smoke smell, and don’t even try to get a package delivered here-it will be stolen within 5-10 mins of it being delivered. This complex is worthless and needs to just be torn down and turned to something more worth the communities while!
