AWESOME PLACE AND AWESOME STAFF!!

This place has turned around 100%. Absolutely love it and would refer anyone looking for affordable nice and quiet community. Staff has gone above and beyond for everyone that lives here.

Poor management

Don’t move here. When u call the corporate office, all they do is take ur number and u NEVER get a return call. I’ve also emailed them with no response. Putting my rent in escrow!!

Horrible

Do not, I repeat do not move here! Horrible experience!! Parking lot is so dark, my car was broken into! Very unsafe! My sink has a disgusting stain in it and it was never repaired, my patio fence was leaning and never repaired! My electric bill was extremely high, I had to buy a space heater to hear my unit!! The bushes are very over grown! Just down right rip off!

Horrible experience

My wife and I lived in these apartments for a year. We moved out in April and waited for a month for our deposit. After we never received it after a month I decided to call and they said it should be coming, now it’s August and we still haven’t received our deposit and they have now cut off communication. I’ve called over 20 times and I cannot get anyone to answer. I have since found out that this is happening to many people who have lived in Apartments owned by this company. We were good… residents and were told that we were receiving our full deposit back so there is no reason why we still do not have our money.

They won’t return Deposits
