So far so good
Complex is quiet, don’t hear my neighbors beyond coming and going out the door. Clean, close to everything. Rent is definitely a little high but it’s pretty on par with other places in it’s location and with the increases that most have unfortunately experienced since Covid.
Management is good about addressing concerns and easy to talk to. The only complaint I have is the dumpsters being in the back. Longer walk for people who live in the front but not the end of the world

Not worth it
As the previous comment stated, the jack rent up in large increments! I was living in Ravenswood before the new management took over they cared about having a safe reasonable comfortable place to rent, do not rent from this company! Rent will increase 100 or more each time it’s time to renew your lease..and my apartment was not even updated at all..

Do not move here
I’ve lived at this place for 10 years they ease the rate every year and now they’re increasing it by $250. They don’t care about their tenants at all ! Dogs and cats are everywhere, old management use to have security because it was really needed now they don’t have any! You’ll get your car broken in to from now and then if you lived here
