Up to 2 dogs are welcome with a flat fee of $125. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100 fee.

Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. Smoking inside the house is prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Absolutely no parties are allowed.
