Only live here if you'll be on the street.. that might even be better
Zero management ever, prices are ridiculous, halls smell, sewer flies during summer months, you can never get ahold of anyone, the list just goes on. No one should ever live here. They're not good at their job and don't know what they're doing. You also get your renewal places last minute (if at all) sobyoure basically stuck here and can't find a better place to live.

Lackluster management and maintenance
Apartment constantly had flooding issues. Ceiling had water damage, and difficulty getting in contact with management.

New Owners, rent hikes, unplowed parking lots, and absolutely 0 maintenance done on buildings

Tried to stop by for tour. Office was closed, said they weren’t doing tours due to covid. Not interested in apartments I can’t see.
