Very clean, safe, kid and pet friendly place. There’s a gym, pool, computer room, laundry room, and a mini garden space to grow fresh food or flowers! I’ve lived here for about 6 years and I love the space I’m in. The walls are quite thin but to me that’s really nothing compared to other places and just all that you get for the apartment itself. The units are pretty huge for a great price! Albany Commons is near main high ways, many stores, parks and restaurants! I really recommend!

Maintenance is great they move fast to come and resolve whatever the issue. They clean and lock up. I appreciate the entire team. Office Tammy and Natt is the most welcoming and friendly and professional. I love living here and having a great team to work with.

The staff at albany commons is completely incapable of accommodating their tenants. the walls are extremely thin and they put people above other tenants and allow them to stomp and make all type of noise and have a treadmill above someone’s head. it’s hard to sleep thru the night and in the morning when your neighbor literally makes your experience there a living hell and the property manager and regional manager are not going to do anything about it but tell you this is what you signed up for.... there are bugs and a lot of issues with these apartments. the rest of the community is nice and quiet but definitely try to avoid living here at all costs and if you do have to live here make sure you know who would be above you because they do not care if the other tenant is breaking the lease terms by disturbing your peaceful environment. ALBANY COMMONS AND THE GLEN AT ROCKY FORK
Since I wasn’t warned I’ll warn everyone:
-Several break ins - there’s a reason why you have a preinstalled security system in your home.
Be prepared to add the security system into your budget - you’ll need it!!
Took them 3 weeks to fix our window that got broken during a break in.
-They advertise and will tell you it’s a smoke free community - it’s NOT.
When your children have health issues because of it and have 2 doctors notes they refuse to do... anything.
They won’t switch your unit out of respect.
They will ask you to pay $4,000+ to either switch units or break lease.
-The new manager Ashley has an attitude problem and is no help.
-You will also have to call *67 to get them to answer. They won’t respond to emails and won’t answer calls once they see your name pop up on caller ID.
-The only good thing about this community is the part time guy named Ray! Read More
