The apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 and a half bath located in a generally peaceful environment and close to a lot of shops. The apartment itself has a very tiny kitchen and very poor kitchen furniture(cabinets). The management for the apartment does a good job of cutting the lawn and clearing the snow during the winter and also respond quickly to maintenance requests. The basement is fairly large and there is a guest washroom but the bathoom itself is not too big. the bedrooms come fitted with a... wardrobe but the room is barely large enough for a queen sized bed and a dresser. anything else will make the room look overcrowded. the carpet is not of the best quality as it ages quickly after vacuuming it a few times.
