Not good

illegal dumping and I've been told that the best they'll do about it is to have someone come around and clean up some once a week, which is not done or is done poorly. Ive taken lots of picture, made journal entries to document problems. Snow removal is done poorly, blocks vehicles in by leaving a mound of snow behind many of them so that the tenants risk sliding and hitting the other cars. The walk from my front door not being cleared or perhaps not till multiple calls. The mouse hole... ,discovered shortly after moving in... guy gave me mouse traps and left. No one ever dealt with it further. Not one full bath tub of very hot water can be had consistently. That's one I never even bothered to complain about I just bought an extra thing to stop the leakage & make do with almost enough from the tiny hot water heater, because I knew I was thankful to be in my daughter's school district. There are probably about 30 or more small annoyances and problems like that which I wouldn't have even asked to get fixed or would have accepted if they'd been slow or not willing. Well the mouse hole is actually on that list. I initially wanted it fixed. As it turns out when there is something that does matter to one's family, health problems, quality of life they are unwilling to do anything on their end to make it a good home. They are good at saying "no", making it sound like important issues are actually frivolous issues. They know how to say certain things are in your lease as if they are now free to be devoid of integrity and feel good about it, hang up on people, etc. etc. If you are giving up a home and choosing a rental property because of serious health problems be very wary of who you subject yourself to and what they may do to you later. I'll see in the morning what happens when AT&T gets here, having set an appointment that was supposed to be to facilitate clear direct communication that has now been disallowed by poor management de. Maybe they'll run lines outside. It'll look bad but it has been made clear that ugly is acceptable while hominess is not. Since my health has been quite negatively impacted by several things in these last few months including shoveling snow, picking up trash outside, and even moving furniture around yesterday as the maintenance man asked me to do when he told me yesterday that he has a bad knee but would come today if I'd move it, before management canceled that.... having seen who they really are and how badly they operate...

Poor maintenance

Maintenance never comes when called. I've had to call multiple times for one order to change kitchen light or change weather strip on the door. Yet, rent increased to pay for labor of maintenance employees. I live next to very noisy neighbors and nothing has been done. Very poor tenant services. We will not be resigning our lease.

Westerville Commons

The townhomes here are spacious. No problems and I have lived here for a year. Maintenance comes in a timely manner when needed and the office staff is friendly. 12 minutes from Polaris and Easton, in walking distance of downtown Westerville.

Great Place to Live

I have been in my current apartment since 2007. It is wonderful. If there is a problem or issue I call the office and it is taken care of as quickly as possible. This includes issues with the furnace to water coming in under the door. Lights are replaced or fixed and weather strips or doors are replaced/repaired as needed. The maintenance workers, lawn care providers and office staff always put my needs first. I am willing to recommend my complex to anyone who is looking for a great place... to live. Centrally located in my community, close to my work, I love it. Neighbors are considerate and several have been here longer than I have.
