Nice, quiet, affordable

I have been here over a year. The price is great for the area and location.
It is very quiet (despite the high school being right there) and safe.
The extra half bathroom and the very good size unfinished basement make it ideal.
Neighbors are nice and respectful.
The maintenance is handled quicker than you would expect.
Comes with a washer/dryer.
Very happy I was able to get this place after a long search.
