Not a comfortable living space or area surroundings

One of the worst places I’ve ever lived in my life being blindsided and told so many lies about the pest and surrounding residence. The cleanliness is all terrible. I can’t believe that’s how much is being charging rent units look like they’ve been not put together very well and it seems like multiple families are being allowed to live within the community and manipulate management too many people live in one unit but they have families and multiple units so it’s bad. Can’t even report anything… nothing is done. They have solicitors that will knock on your door almost every day trying to get your account information for your electricity claiming that they will help you with your electric bill. There is something wrong with the area and scams. My electric bill should have never been as high as it is there is something going on around that area.

Poor communication

Apartments look beautiful from outside. I am a potential resident… Or should I say I was. I’ve tried to reach a leasing agent on multiple occasions, and never hear anything back. I’ve even tried to go to the office on three different occasions and there’s always an excuse on the door why there’s no one in the office. I’ve waited about 25 minutes and still no one came. I can only imagine living here trying to get in touch with management.

Nice but not worth the high prices

Gives high priced project vibes. They raise the rent $50-$200 every year. They do not keep areas outside the apartments clean. There rarely have any apartment events like at other apartment communities. Do not recommend.

Management is Terrible!

Management has changed 4 times in the past year and half. The current property manager has threatened to call the police on me and has been very rude to me on multiple occasions. I love my apartment but not necessary the complex and most certainly not the management.
