Place is garbage quite honestly. Sure, it looks cool online and young people might want to move in here because it looks aesthetically pleasing, but its bad... real bad.

The maintenance department is non-existent and there is a new manager every 3 months. They can't keep staff and will ignore you at all costs. I have called the leasing office 6 times in the last week and left VM's and no one has returned my call. I have open service requests from 6 months ago that never even got... acknowledged. A good friend borrowed some tools of mine and left them outside my door for 10 minutes because I was showering. I hear maintenance in the hall attempting to check on an Empty unit next door when I’m exiting the shower and my tools are gone when I open the door next. I called the leasing Office to report this. Was told “I’ll ask”.. when I saw the leasing agent over 2 hours later in the hall and asked if she had been in contact with them.. She was extremely rude in her response but said yes and... they don’t have it. She didn’t even offer to check the one camera they have.. She also didn't even call to let me know she had checked with maintenance. Many residents have left due to the ineptitude of this leasing office and maintenance team. I will be next. Read More
