Beautiful homes, safe and clean community, fantastic lot managers!
We haven’t even been here 6 months yet and this place has already gone above and beyond for us! The managers/office staff go above and beyond for their tenants. Maintenance is quick and professional, the homes are beautiful and well kept not to mention up to date. The environment is clean and feels safe. Friendly neighbors, friendly staff. The only thing that could make this place better would be more parking but other than that 10/10.

Loved this place
Lived here between Jan & July of 2021 (one year leases, due to circumstances though I had to break mine). Everyone here is very sweet. Marsha in the office is the absolute best, and my neighbors helped me out when I needed it. You do have to keep your lawn mowed a certain height but there's people in the community who you can pay to do it (if you don't have a mower). Maintenance can be a little slow, but when there they are very nice and will get your problem fixed. I would go back today if the... circumstances allowed.

Safe and clean
We’ve been renting here for a few months now and we’ve had very few issues, if any. Neighbors are friendly but not nosy, and it’s all very clean and well-kept. Maintenance is pretty on top of things, and the office is very friendly. We’ve really enjoyed living a nice, quiet life here with our kids, and the houses are all well-kept. Overall would definitely recommend.
