Welcome to The Ritz Apartments This is a beautiful 25-unit building built in 1939. It was completed just before WWII and was built on the site of the original 1910 Bartlesville High School. Shop around.
They wouldn't help me with brighter light in the hall to see people knocking on my door. The door was was busted out in the back stairwell the whole time. So, anyone and anything could come up. And did. They wouldn't give my deposit back or give a reason why.
