Cascades at Southern Hills is a great place to be if you want to be close to everything but not in the thick of bad traffic daily. The staff are professional and they make sure to answer any questions you may have.

It's okay. The exterminators didnt come in when I wasn't home even though they said they would, so I still have roaches. My air conditioner has been broken for a month and a half with no solution in sight.

I'm not happy being a resident as Cascades at all. It started off well enough, but between issues with broken amenities, horrible communication, and the constant excuses on why they haven't done the things they said the would do, it's beyond frustrating to live here. I may have been late with my rent a few times but I've paid the fee without complaining. I'm not noisy, rude, or messy & I respect all the rules. I don't understand why I'm being treated like I'm crazy for asking for the bare… minimum.

Great experience!

I’ve been very pleased with my experience living at Cascade Apartments. From the day I moved in, the staff has been courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. They are quick to answer questions, responsive when assistance is needed, and always make residents feel valued.

The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained, and it’s clear that the management team takes pride in keeping the property looking its best. My apartment was clean and move-in ready, and I’ve continued to appreciate… how well the grounds and common areas are maintained.

Overall, I’ve had a great experience here and would recommend Cascade Apartments to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-managed place to call home.
