The staff is rude, condescending, unhelpful and overall bad at their jobs. They do not response or offer to resolve things. They simple lie to get you leave the office. NONE of them should be the face of this complex. Also the complex itself is run down, broken and the things promised in my lease never get fixed in time. The pool was down almost all last summer, the gate to the pool and gym are always locked, the “gated community” never last longer than a rain storm and only 2 of the 5 gates are... ever open. It’s bull and I feel you do not met your end of the lease.

We would like to clarify that the pool was not shut down last summer, and the west gate that provides access to the pool and fitness center... remains unlocked for resident access at all times. Our goal is always to ensure that amenities are available and accessible to residents whenever possible.
Regarding the community gates, our team does work with vendors to address repairs as quickly as possible when weather or mechanical issues occur. While temporary outages can happen, we continue working to keep them operational for the security and convenience of our residents.
We take concerns about staff interactions and maintenance requests seriously, and it is never our intention for anyone to feel dismissed or unheard. We would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly to better understand your concerns and review any outstanding items together.
