Put a $50 collection on my account after I left for no reason. I gave a notice and paid all my rent. This place is nothing but trouble

Bugs are very BAD. Maintenance don't fix anything. Management don't fix anything I've been here ?? for 6 months they come and temporary fix things. I've went to the office for a refrigerator BUGS get in it and I have children. Food doesn't say GOOD.. I've asked and asked I'm just READY for my lease to be over

Before you consider moving here, just know that we have 3 children (ages 5, 6 and 7) and we've been without central heat/air since we moved in back in November; therefore, we went the entire winter and through the storm without sufficient heat. Since December, we've had the neighbors' sewage explode out of drains covering our bathroom and have no use of our sinks because of the plumbing issues here.
Since January, we haven't had a working stove or oven to cook with so we rely on a tiny… conventional toaster and microwavable foods.
Black mold is a HUGE problem here that, by law, they're supposed to fix and yet refuse to do so.
Management WILL NOT help you. They SAY they will, but based off of my experience plus every resident here, I can assure you that they will not. When you stop a maintenance person, they always say the same thing: the office never put any work orders in.
We have been trying to get out of our lease for a couple of months with no cooperation.
Unless you would like to pay a lot of money to live in an illegally uninhabitable apartment, you should look elsewhere. Read More
