This apartment is ideal for short or long-term stays, students, solo travelers, couples, or small families. Relax inside the well air-conditioned unit. The kitchen is equipped for your every need, and you can power on the TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+. This 2-bedroom apartment features 2 spacious and comfortable beds.
Free parking is available, but please only park directly on the driveway in front of the unit, which has enough space for 1-2 small/mid-sized vehicles back to back. A damage protection fee of $20 will be charged after the booking is confirmed.
You will be located near Lake Texoma, Choctaw Casino, Southeastern College, Durant Medical Center, Walmart and other retail locations, and Downtown Durant.
Check-in times are between 4pm-11pm CST. If you have trouble accessing or finding the unit, please call us so we can assist, regardless of time. If you choose to check in past 11pm CST, and you cannot access the unit or contact us, no refunds will be given in the event you cancel. A strict no-parties and no-smoking rule is enforced, and there are devices in place to detect these activities. Tampering with the device will result in a $150 fine. If lease violations such as smoking or noise complaints are received, you will be charged a $500 fine. If the key is not returned and/or damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $250. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. Each stay is allowed to have 2 bags of trash left inside the unit; per bag of trash over that is a $25 charge. Trash day is Tuesday morning, so please take the trashcan out Monday evening. For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries will be provided, including soap, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, and toilet paper. Guests of mid/long-term stays are also responsible for moving the trash can to the front for trash day. We do not allow pets, and it is a $200 fine for this violation unless they are a service animal. Early check-ins at 2pm are $20 and late checkouts at 1pm are $25, with same-day requests being $35. These requests must be approved and payment made before they are approved.
