For stays of 7 days or more, starting sets for consumables and toiletries, including soap, paper towels, body wash, shampoo, and toilet paper will be provided.

The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $200. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit, and no drug use or marijuana is permitted on the property. Devices that detect smoke are in place, and tampering with the device will result in a $150 fine. Late checkouts without approval will automatically be charged for the next night's stay at the listing's full price. If a key is not returned and/or damaged, there will be a $35 fee for a new key. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. Each checkout is allowed to have 2 bags of trash left inside the unit; each bag of trash over that is a $25 charge. Pets are not allowed, and it is a $200 fine for this violation unless they are a service animal. Guests must upload a government-issued ID to verify their identity and acknowledgement of house rules in order to receive check-in instructions. Do not enter the leasing office or talk to the property management staff for any reason. If any lease violations are received (smoking, noise complaints, trash, etc.), you will be charged with a $500 fine. If you do not see enough towels/linens for you when you arrive, please check the dryer.
